Remediation involves daily phone calls to insurance carriers and internal staff to remediate exceptions identified, as applicable.
Expansion of current monitoring processes is expected to demonstrate increased oversight and review of vendor activities with daily and weekly monitoring.
Reviewing documentation, analyzing and preparing appropriate recommendation for insurance, escrow, taxes or any other issue that may arise during the life of the loan.
Establish ongoing discussions with business to collaborate on opportunities for improvement at the point of origination to ensure a seamless transition to servicer.
Review of monthly reporting which summarizes the quality reviews and remediation of origination dated boarded to the servicer to ensure accurate servicing of loan and maintain client experience.
Enhance the oversight due diligence, root cause analysis, and monitoring of vendor performance regarding client complaints regarding vendor activities.
Including root cause analysis of complaints, if applicable, to identify and confirm complaint trends and manage remediation plan with the vendor. Excellent organization skills (think case management)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Computer skills- must be familiar with how to navigate a Microsoft Windows environment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
High level of Accuracy and Detail Oriented/multitasking
Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
