Want to be a driving force behind one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing startups at the intersection of Retail, Payments, and Data?
We're seeking a Regional VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization, someone who excels in hands-on execution, builds high-performing teams, and understands what it takes to succeed in POS & Payments.
This is not a sit-back-and-strategize role. You'll roll up your sleeves, close deals, and build a repeatable sales engine that drives Qashier's growth across the region.
What You'll Do
Own the sales strategy: Build and execute a scalable, data-driven go-to-market plan for Southeast Asia.
- Drive revenue & market expansion: Lead new market entry, vertical penetration, and enterprise-level partnerships.
- Be hands-on: You'll not just lead, you'll sell, pitch, and close.

Build & scale the team: Hire, coach, and inspire a team of sales hustlers who consistently exceed targets.

Partner with leadership: Collaborate closely with the founders and executive team to drive growth, secure funding, and develop strategy.
What Were Looking For

10+ years of proven success in B2B sales/merchant acquiring (POS, Payments, Retail, F&B tech strongly preferred).

A hands-on sales leader who's carried quota, closed large accounts, and built high-performing teams.

Experience scaling sales in a high-growth startup or fast-moving environment.

Regional exposure preferred, but local KL-based leaders with strong track records are highly encouraged to apply.

Data-driven mindset, with strong sales ops, pipeline management, and forecasting chops.
