AI & Digital Innovation Intern

Due to significant commercial growth in this sector, WSP Italia is looking to strengthen its Digital Innovation team with a new AI intern.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Purpose of the role & principal accountabilities:

• Develop applications that leverage LLM capabilities to automate and enhance business processes, relying on multi-agent orchestration.
• Implement and manage AI-based knowledge management systems to facilitate the efficient storage and retrieval of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various projects and products.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, NLP, and related fields.

YOUR TEAM

You will join a multidisciplinary Digital Innovation team, working on projects involving NLP, workflow automation, and enterprise knowledge systems. Our clients include both internal business units and external partners seeking digital transformation solutions. 

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Management, Workflow Automation, and Retrieval Augmented Generation.
• Proficiency in application development using Python, C++, React JS, low-code/no-code platforms, as well as GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Good foundation in Model Context Protocol and Agent 2 Agent framework.
• Experience with Azure Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
• Understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Experience with software development and version control systems.
