Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).
Revenue Management Analyst (Co-op)
The Revenue Management Analyst will play a key role in contract management and revenue tracking pertaining to subscriptions to the Loblaw Data, Insights, and Analytics platform (LDIA). This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Job Description:
Maintain and update the master revenue tracker, including revising contracts, tracking all changes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reissuance of contracts
Provide daily and weekly revenue performance updates to the leadership team
Assist in the creation of client quotes, ensuring adherence to established rate card
Communicate with internal teams to amend existing signed contracts
Participate in weekly negotiation meetings with the Sales team
Prepare and issue monthly billing updates for the Finance team
Assist in the creation and optimization of interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor revenue performance
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and transparency
Support third-party media and other duties as assigned by the team
Experience:
Digital Media and/or contract management experience an asset
Demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills
Advanced Excel or related analytical tools for efficient data manipulation & modeling
Ability to organize and present pertinent information clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to manage short- and long-term deadlines, and to balance multiple priorities at any one time
