Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model, a combination of working between the office and remotely. Colleagues work remotely 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office.

Loblaw Agency has an opportunity for a professional, dedicated, responsible and enthusiastic individual to assist our Creative Strategy department.  

 

Role Mandate:  

To assist the Creative Strategy department with research, brief writing, deck making, and other strategy practices.  

 

Accountabilities: 

  • Perform secondary research 

  • Compile research and insights into a deck to support strategists 

  • Write creative briefs and other strategic documents 

  • Attend meetings and take notes for strategists 

  • Review creative and learn to provide feedback 

  • Attend marketing briefs and develop questions to enhance clarity and intrigue for writing a creative brief  

  • Craft stories for your work 

  • Present strategic thinking to brand and marketing partners 

  • Other ad hoc requests as required/assigned 

 

Role Requirements: 

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience 

  • Research skills 

  • An interest in culture, psychology, and business 

  • Excellent writing skills 

  • Excellent public speaking skills 

  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work with little supervision 

  • Team player, one who is both collaborative with peers and management, and displays initiative to ensure projects stay on track 

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong work ethic and detail oriented 

  • Efficient and able to multi-task well
