In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Product Manager to build strong brand awareness, increase brand penetration and market share for Primary Care & Analgesia (PCA) products across channels

With the Product Manager for PCA will report to Group Product Manager, Sb.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify how brand is currently position in the market and define winning and differentiated brand position vs competition
  • Develop and implement brand strategy and manage brand campaigns to ensure that product meet consumer’s expectations and to build brand credibility
  • Localise Global brand materials
  • Conduct ATL/BTL initiatives and evaluate marketing impact for continuous improvement.
  • Organize brand events such as product launches, exhibition and activations at hospital and pharmacy channel.
  • Create, manage, editor calendar to deliver marketing campaigns for PCA portfolio.
  • Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets for PCA porfolio.
  • Partnership with professional associations to leverage brand differentiation and positioning
  • Collaborate with sale and marketing team to build robust marketing plans
  • Evaluate and propose new products/SKUs launch to satisfy customer needs and support PCA porfolio growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medicine. Dual background : Marketing/Economy + Health science is a plus. Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in pharma e
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver activities and strategies to leverage the hospital channel customers
  • While a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role is preferred, we are open to considering highly qualified candidates with less experience, such as Junior Product Managers or Product Executives, who demonstrate strong potential and a passion for the role.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both ETC & OTC drug products.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, customer insight per touchpoint and the ability to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Experience conducting ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns across hospital and pharmacy channel
  • Ability to identify and anticipate consumer trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Experience developing and overseeing user trends analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to generate creative and innovative marketing ideas that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
