Job Description

As a Talent Coordinator, you are part of the Talent team and support Talent Partners by scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates. This is a fixed-term contract till 31.08.2026.

You Are Responsible For:

• Proactively supporting the Talent team in their daily tasks
• Full organization of job interviews between candidates and managers
• Scheduling business interviews directly in the Outlook of interviewers
• Confirming the interview with candidates
• Booking and arranging all facilities, like rooms on location and remote connections
• Continuous elaboration with recruiters in planning the interviews as quickly as possible
• Delivering administrative support in organizing recruitment events on campus

• You're the right fit if you have:
• Min 2 years of corporate experience in working within an international environment (ideally in fields related to HR, Customer Service or equivalent)
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge of any other European language will be an asset
• Computer literacy (Ms Office) is essential
• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
• Personal integrity when handling confidential information
