DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Recruitment (key requirements)
1) Based on the company's strategic planning and the manpower needs of each department, develop and implement an annual recruitment plan, covering recruitment channel expansion, maintenance, and recruitment budget control.
2) Design and improve the recruitment process, optimize the interview process, enhance recruitment efficiency and accuracy, and select suitable outstanding talents for the company.
3) Experience in recruiting senior management and experienced technical personnel is required.
2. Training and Development
1) Establish a company training system, design and organize various training courses such as new employee onboarding training and job skills training based on employee job requirements and career development plans
2) Track training effectiveness, collect employee feedback, continuously optimize training content and methods, and enhance employees' business abilities and comprehensive qualities.
3. Performance management
Build and improve the company's performance management system, organize and carry out employee performance evaluation work.
4. Salary and welfare management
1) Responsible for employee salary accounting and distribution, strictly controlling the accuracy of salary data, and handling matters such as salary adjustments and bonus calculations.
2) Manage employee social security, housing provident fund and other welfare programs, track changes in national policies, adjust welfare plans in a timely manner, and improve employee satisfaction.
5. Employee Relations Management
1) Establish and maintain good employee relationships, handle employee complaints, disputes, and other issues, resolve conflicts, and create a harmonious working atmosphere.
2) Promote the construction of the company's corporate culture, organize various employee activities, and enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
3) Responsible for managing employee labor contracts, handling procedures such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and regularization, ensuring that the company's employment is legal and compliant.
6. Personnel data analysis and reporting
1) Collect, organize, and analyze personnel data, such as recruitment data, training data, performance data, etc., to provide data support and basis for the company's human resources decision-making.
2) Regularly write personnel work reports, report the progress, existing problems, and improvement suggestions of human resources work to the company's management, and assist in the company's strategic decision-making.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree or above2. Over 10 years of HR related experience and over 6 years of recruitment module work experience3. Rich experience in cross departmental communication4. English can be used as a working languageHR Supervisor
