We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with strong expertise in operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and operational excellence across the organization. This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable working across multiple HR domains, and can ensure compliance and efficiency in day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, background verification, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, records, and employee files in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support the payroll team by gathering and validating attendance, leave, and employee data for timely salary processing.
  • Administer HR systems and tools to ensure seamless operations and generate reports for management as required.
  • Coordinate and manage the employee life cycle (hiring to exit) with a focus on operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support HR audits by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, benefits, and provide prompt resolution.
  • Assist in the development and standardization of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, administration, and business units to align HR operations with overall organizational objectives.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal communication processes from an operational perspective.
  • Track and monitor HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, leave utilization, and provide analytical inputs for decision-making.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, payroll systems, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a positive attitude toward change and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations.
  • Exposure to payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR systems is highly desirable.
