Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree and Above
• English proficiency B2 CEFR level or higher (verbal and written)
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse groups
• Ability to adapt training content across multiple programs/accounts
• Proficiency in training needs analysis, content development, and evaluation of training effectiveness
• Have strong learning ability, error correction ability and question-answering ability, and good presentation skills.
• Familiar with the composition of the training system and proficient in making various types of training materials.

Responsibilities

• Job Description

• Deliver new hire onboarding training, including company orientation, product knowledge, customer service techniques, and system navigation.
• Conduct refresher courses and ongoing training sessions to address performance gaps and process updates.
• Support training needs identified through quality monitoring, coaching sessions, and operations feedback.
• Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and learning modules to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Track training attendance, completion rates, and assessment results for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with Training Manager, Operations, and Quality teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates and inspires learners.
