Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Job Description

We seek someone who will profit from our exponential growth, global presence, and excellent working environment. Our interview process is highly selective.

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern interested in global trade and supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Support continuous improvement projects across operations—employ Lean/Six Sigma tools to analyze and optimize workflows, minimize waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements; track results using relevant KPIs.
  • Strengthen compliance and ethics, liaising with internal teams and external partners (factories, suppliers) to uphold standards and promote responsible practices.
  • Develop standardized procedures and dashboards to monitor progress, ensure consistency, and facilitate performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and customer service departments to drive synergy and effective implementation.
  • Support change management efforts through communication, training, and support of continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

General

Specific

  • Final-year engineering student, ideally in your final internship semester before graduation.
  • Solid foundational understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; comfortable with KPI tracking and interpreting process metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English (bilingual).
  • Highly team-oriented, adaptable, and ethical; keen to support compliance and collaborative improvement in a dynamic environment.
  •  Interest in developing standard operating procedures and visualization tools like dashboards to support performance measurement and reporting.
