Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION SECTION:

How you’ll make an impact

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll be an essential support to our clinicians and a reassuring presence for our patients.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting dentists and oral health therapists during a range of procedures

• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments to the highest standards

• Following strict infection control protocols

• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring surgeries are always ready

• Helping patients feel at ease and cared for throughout their visit

You’ll be joining a positive, collaborative team where your contributions are truly appreciated.

Qualifications

Your experience and approach

A great attitude and strong work ethic go a long way with us! We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, reliable, and committed to patient care

• Experienced in dental assisting or has relevant training (preferred, but not essential)

• Familiar with infection control and sterilisation procedures (bonus)

• Skilled at multitasking and staying organised under pressure

• A great communicator and team player

• Experience with dental software is an advantage, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
