Kia ora! We’re on the lookout for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team on an 18-month fixed term contract, supporting our exciting new Digital Transformation Programme of Work. Here’s what you need to know:

Is this your next role?  
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the Digital Transformation Programme. You’ll ensure business requirements are clearly captured, understood, and translated into effective solutions. This is a functional, customer-focused role requiring strong experience in digital transformation, financial services, and regulatory environments.

Your initial focus will be the Reverse Mortgage workstream (origination and servicing), followed by broader lending, deposit, and AI-enabled squads.
 
Does this sound like you?
You’re an experienced Business Analyst with excellent critical thinking and communication skills. You’re proactive, flexible, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You know how to connect with a wide range of stakeholders and bring clarity to complex problems.

You’Ll Bring:

  • Strong experience Business Analyst in financial services or digital transformation programmes
  • Strong functional BA skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process design (Agile, epics, user stories, BPMN)
  • Experience in loan origination, customer servicing, or reverse mortgage products (desirable)
  • Exposure to AI, automation, and digital engagement platforms (e.g. Pega, Genesys) advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, able to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables

Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred)
