Job Purpose

The Sports Performance Reporting Lead is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of performance reporting across the sports sector. This role ensures that performance insights are accurate, timely, and strategically aligned, enabling leadership and stakeholders to make informed decisions that drive sector-wide improvements.

Functional Responsibilities

• Lead the compilation and analysis of sports sector performance data to produce accurate, timely, and insightful reports.
• Develop and enhance performance reporting templates, dashboards, and visualizations aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through close coordination with relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and in-depth performance insights to senior leadership, highlighting trends and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the Sports Metrics Development and Controlling teams to ensure reporting reflects sector priorities.
• Present reports in clear, engaging formats that communicate key findings effectively to various audiences.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and reporting standards.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Or a related field.
