Join our Dubai office as a key contributor to our operational excellence team. You'll get hands-on experience with cutting-edge HR technology, working with AI-powered support systems, compliance frameworks and data analytics that drive strategic decisions. How you'll drive results

• Customer success & problem-solving: Lead customer support initiatives using advanced troubleshooting techniques. You'll become a go-to problem-solver for complex payroll challenges, directly improving customer satisfaction and retention.

• Data-driven strategy: Transform raw support and usage data into actionable insights. Your analysis will directly influence our product roadmap and operational strategies, giving you exposure to how data shapes executive-level decisions.

• Systems & innovation: Design and implement scalable processes for customer onboarding and support operations. 

• Compliance excellence: Work alongside our legal and compliance experts on EOR (Employer of Record) audits and contract management. Gain exposure to international employment law and regulatory frameworks that govern modern workforce solutions.

• End-to-End operations: Master the complete salary disbursement lifecycle, from initial setup to final payment. You'll understand the intricate mechanics of how companies pay remote teams across multiple jurisdictions.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.

• You’re naturally curious, love solving puzzles and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo when you see a better way.

• Exceptional English communication skills. You can explain complex concepts simply and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• You're comfortable with data analysis, eager to learn new software platforms and excited about working with AI-powered tools.
