The Project Management Strategist supports creating, executing, and optimizing client-facing project strategies. Responsible for developing actionable project plans, facilitating communication between clients and teams, and overseeing project fulfillment, this role ensures the organization’s project management approach is effective, responsive, and aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and creative thinker, experienced in digital project management and collaborative execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive project management strategies for marketing and communications initiatives.
- Translate client needs into actionable project plans and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support cross-functional teams by coordinating project timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Manage project calendars and ensure timely delivery of outcomes across multiple platforms.
- Monitor project performance, analyze metrics, and recommend data-driven refinements.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and challenges addressed.
- Mentor junior project team members and contribute to a culture of project excellence.
- Ensure project compliance with organizational standards and risk management protocols.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
