Responsible for the service line performance standards. Key areas include service line daily operations, and day-to-day back office clinical operations of the site or service lines. Manages staff coverage and coordinates care within the back office team to facilitate the provider/patient interaction. Is responsible for the meeting performance expectations in the areas of quality care, service excellence, access, and resource utilization in area of responsibility, which includes multiple service lines within the clinic site. Span of supervision may include more than one clinic site where service line is located.

Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or Health Services.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Progressive supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree
