Review employee expense reimbursement submissions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance

Conduct periodic and ad hoc audits of expense reports to identify discrepancies or fraudulent activities

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement-related issues or policy violations

Maintain and update documentation related to audit procedures and reimbursement policies

Assist in developing and delivering employee training on proper reimbursement practices

Identify trends in non-compliance and suggest improvements to policies or controls

Prepare regular reports for management detailing audit findings and KPIs

Support the implementation and maintenance of expense management systems

Special Projects, as needed

Graduate, having relevant experience.

Experience working in SAP Concur.  

Experience in ERP Systems (e.g. JDE, SAP)

This position is expected to have the following skills:

  • Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Working with people: build relationships at all levels and proactively communicate with employees and managers
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed; ability to prioritize tasks for self 
  • Must have a strong customer service background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong working knowledge of advanced Excel functions
  • Continuous improvement attitude: ability to seek out opportunities to implement best practices
