In Argentina within the bancking industry, we are looking for a Middle Node.js Developer with 3 to 5 years of backend development experience. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, experience with relational and non-relational databases, and the ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures. Proactivity and the ability to make sound technical decisions will also be key to driving the evolution of our products.

You will join a collaborative, agile, and multidisciplinary team composed of developers, DevOps engineers, and Product Owners. We work under the Scrum methodology, prioritizing software quality, technological innovation, and shared decision-making.

This is you

3–5 years of hands-on backend development experience.

Advanced skills in TypeScript and JavaScript.

Professional experience with Java/NestJS.

Solid background in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Strong understanding of design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Strategy).

Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable architectures.

Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins) and container platforms (OpenShift or similar).

Experience working in agile environments (Scrum).

Proactive, decisive, and capable of proposing meaningful technical improvements.

Nice-to-have skills:

Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Kibana, AppDynamics, or similar.

Experience working in highly collaborative and agile teams.
