You also exchange best practices and ideas with counterparts globally, across the Group, and maintain networks of subcontractors in the field of electronics.
The Electronics Engineer reports directly to the New Product Development Manager and works within a multidisciplinary engineering team alongside mechanical, analytical, software and firmware specialists. You collaborate with Product Management, Project Management and Marketing teams of the PAC Group, as well as the Sustaining, Purchasing, Quality, Production and Service teams of Rotterdam and across PAC.

- Provide expert support for sustaining engineering activities, including component lifecycle management, obsolescence mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in electronics, instrumentation, and laboratory automation to drive innovation and maintain competitive product offerings.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
- Define and maintain quality control documentation, as inspection criteria & test protocols for electronic components and assemblies.
