Job Description

Installation and maintenance of audio setups across our live casino studios.
QA of Ezugi video feeds, with a focus on improving and optimizing audio settings.
Optimization of live streams (video, audio, encoder data).
Part of an on-call team for emergency troubleshooting.
Strict adherence to standards set by the Technical Operations department.
Build, installation, and setup of live studios.
Setting up gaming tables (camera positioning/angles, connecting equipment such as PCs, scanners, microphones, lights).
Working with tools to create custom solutions for studio improvements.
Installation, setup, and support of video, sound, lighting, and other studio equipment.
Installation and maintenance of cameras, lenses, filters, lights, and related equipment.
Supporting live tables with cloth/felt replacements when required.

Shuffle machines
Maintain up-to-date Technical Operations inventory, including:
Video / Lighting equipment
Audio equipment
Gaming table hardware (scanners, cables, brackets)
Hardware for roulette / shuffle machines

Qualifications

Theoretical and practical knowledge of audio equipment (through formal education or as a hobby).
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
Project and time management skills.
Experience and knowledge of video streams and encoders.
Industry experience in sports betting or iGaming/online casinos.
Hands-on experience with technical equipment and knowledge of electrical engineering.
Experience working with international teams.
Advanced English level.
