Description Du Poste

• • Introduce and enforce structured Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices across the team
• • Manage and update product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner
• • Act as facilitator between dev team and stakeholders
• • Guide the team in Agile transformation and process improvement
• • Monitor sprint progress and remove impediments
• • Contribute to product vision and continuous enhancement through collaborative work with UX, Product Manager, and business teams

Qualifications

Engineer or Master degree IT Field

More thane 5 years of experienc

Proven experience in Agile coaching and Scrum implementation

• • Mastery of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• • Sprint planning, review, retrospective facilitation
• • Team coaching and Agile process enforcement
• • Product backlog management
• • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• • Fluent in French and English
