About The Role

You’ll drive the adoption of two innovative fintech solutions across the Nordic markets:

  • Free‑Flow Payments: A seamless, automated ANPR-integrated solution for barrier-free parking that secures full payment for operators—even when visitors drive off without paying—while ensuring customer-friendly communication and efficient arrears handling.
  • EV Charging Finance Suite: A comprehensive, API-driven finance platform that automates invoicing, reconciliation, VAT compliance, accounting workflows, and settlements for EV charging networks—designed to help operators scale efficiently across borders with reduced revenue leakage and improved liquidity.

You’ll benefit from a short way to internal decision makers that you will work closely with, giving you direct influence and speed in your sales process.

  • Lead sales efforts for Riverty’s Free‑Flow Payments and EV Charging Finance Suite across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
  • Own the full sales journey from identifying prospects to contract negotiation, onboarding, and deal closure—working autonomously but collaboratively.
  • Educate potential clients on how Free‑Flow Payments improves accessibility, reduces maintenance costs, and stabilizes parking revenue. Highlight how the EV Charging Finance Suite streamlines billing, tax compliance, reconciliation, and unlocks growth through automation and multi-market scalability.
  • Identify and nurture accounts with parking operators, mobility service providers, EV charging network operators, and infrastructure partners throughout the Nordics.
  • Serve as product evangelist at industry conferences, roadshows, and forums—presenting solutions and recognizing emerging trends in mobility fintech.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to craft tailored proposals and fast-track deployments.
  • Gather client feedback and market dynamics into enhancements—especially around integration, user experience, and regional compliance.

  • Language Skills
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, mobility, parking, or SaaS—experience selling into the Nordics is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable handling mid-to-large contract volumes and consultative negotiations, albeit slightly less complex than the prior Invoicing as a Service role.
  • Familiarity with parking operations, EV charging ecosystems, or embedded payment products is highly valued.
  • Good at building relationships with mid-level stakeholders; C-level experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Skilled in solution-based or challenger sales, and able to position value effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable discussing API integrations, ANPR systems, payment platforms, and multi-market compliance—without needing deep technical expertise.
  • Fluent in English; but any Nordic language is a strong plus
