Sales Support Specialist
BathWorks of Michigan — the nation’s fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer — is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to keep our sales process running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be the go-to teammate behind the scenes — making sure contracts are accurate, schedules stay on track, and our sales reps have the support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’Ll Do

• Review and audit contracts to ensure accuracy with pricing and financing.
• Coordinate schedules between sales reps and customer care.
• Process and track change orders and financing updates.
• Keep reporting tools and internal systems accurate and up to date.
• Provide communication and follow-up support to sales reps.
• Partner with other departments to quickly solve issues and create a seamless customer journey.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a talent for catching small errors.
• Strong communicator who enjoys being the connection point between teams.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles preferred.
• Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience)
