Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to extract insights that drive product and business decisions.
Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to optimize AdTech performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
Perform statistical analysis and creative data exploration to uncover opportunities.
Contribute to the development of scalable data pipelines and tools.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
Strong background in AdTech or creative analysis.
Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy.
Experience in AdTech, video/creative analysis, and building products for companies that serve thousands of customers.
Solid experience with Git, GitHub.
Hands-on experience with machine learning models.
Solid foundation in statistics and mathematics.
Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for data-driven innovation.
