About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our talent acquisition process by managing compliance and onboarding tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for candidates while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and process pre-employment requirements, including drug tests, background checks, and reference verifications.

  • Manage onboarding paperwork and documentation for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.

  • Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding onboarding procedures and requirements.

  • Generate and maintain reports on recruitment and compliance metrics as needed.

  • Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldpreferred.

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, or staffing coordination.

  • Familiarity with pre-employment processes, including drug testing, background  screening, and onboarding compliance.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment software is a plus.

Hiring Process

We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates. As a result, candidates who passed our initial evaluations should expect an AI Interviewer as a component of our recruitment process.
