Business Banking (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.

The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product, and Portfolio Management, Commercial Cards, Cash Channel Strategy, Payment Acceptance Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.
 

Join the Business Deposit Product Squad and be responsible for the product proposition, pricing, acquisition, and in life management of the CommBank Business Deposit products. In addition, work directly with our distribution teams across the Business Bank to support our bankers and deliver on customer outcomes.

Do work that matters

As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the value, viability, and key results of the Deposit product portfolio. You are proficient across the following core product management capabilities:

• Business: strong financial leadership and deep subject experience of the legal and regulatory environment including risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Product: subject matter expert on the Deposit product and proposition
• Customer: deep customer obsession and expert knowledge on product user experience
• Data: understand critical data points and drive key product insights
• Industry: subject matter expert within the Deposit and Transactions domain, competitor landscape, and technology trends

In addition, you will lead 5-10 high performing product managers. You will be responsible for driving people engagement, capability uplift, and talent strategy across the Crew.

• 7+ years of Product Management experience within Business or Consumer Deposit products
• Demonstrated People Leadership experience
• Strong commercial and technical experience across pricing and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholder
• Appropriate university qualification; degree or masters
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change
• An individual keen to build genuine lasting relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
• Risk mindset –All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
