Operations Lead

You will be part of the Operation Retain organisation and will report to the Country Operation head.

Responsibilities

• Operation vendors service delivery management
  • Monitoring of Key Performance indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
  • Regular service quality calls with vendors
  • Drafting documentation et reporting
• Bringing support during operational incidents and coordinating with business when necessary for issue resolution
• Operation support and expertise in various projects being regulatory changes, new process implementation, new platform or new products implementation

• Creating impact analysis
• Providing input on France set-up and products/ regulatory specificities
• Participating in User Acceptance Testing
• Ensuring changes are implemented in a coordinated / consistent approach among the teams

• Answering to DB Group queries and questionnaires

Skills

• Product knowledge of at least one of these products: Cash, Loans or Trade Finance would be appreciated
• Strong analytical and synthetic skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and verbal English and French
