We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee electrical maintenance operations, including the coordination of repairs on PLC-controlled machinery
• Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans (daily/weekly/monthly/annual)
• Respond swiftly to failures to reduce downtime and perform necessary revisions
• Supervise external service providers when needed
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts
• Maintain detailed records and reports on equipment
• Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
• Maintain close communication with production other departments

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments

• Proficiency In English

• Familiar with maintenance and general equipment repair
• Skilled in cable assembly and interpreting electrical schematics
• Experienced in electrical measurement tools
• Preferably holds a High Voltage Operating Certificate
• Resides or willing to relocate to İstanbul Asian side or Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
