Job Description
- Deliver solutions on-time with high bar of quality and continuously improve systems.
- Demonstrate effective and disciplined software development expertise and leadership.
- Work with Product Owners to understand the desired capability, to define and prioritize work, determine deliverables, and manage workloads.
- Fully utilize AWS with services such as Cloud Formation Templates, S3, EC2, EKS and many more.
- Deliver and maintain standard operating procedures and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Participate in on-call activities as needed for major incident resolution and problem management.
- Develops and drives the product mission, vision and directional strategy; in partnership with business drivers/sponsors, through the relationships managed with key stakeholders.
- Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product.
- Implements product-centric strategies through deep product analysis, using industry recommended best practices, methods, and techniques to obtain targeted results.
- Position may be eligible for part-time telecommuting.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree* in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a software development / engineering occupation. Experience must include the following:
- 5 years of experience in information technology, such as infrastructure and platform services automation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern development practices (CI/CD) and Agile tooling (Atlassian, DevOps tools).
*Any combination of education that has been evaluated by a professional credentials evaluation service to be the academic equivalent of a U.S. degree will be accepted.
40 hours per week 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $127,000 - $191,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
