🍴 Cafe Manager – Winter 2025/2026

As a Cafe Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our grill and grab-and-go venue, serving up mountain favorites like burgers, chicken, fries, and snacks to hungry guests.  This hands-on role manages a team of line cooks, cashiers, and food service workers while maintaining high standards for food safety, speed, and customer service.  

🔧 What You’Ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a small food & beverage team during daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, prep quality, and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Oversee setup, line prep, stocking, and tear-down of cafe operations.
• Coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure shift coverage.
• Triang and coach team members to deliver great guest service.
• Jump in on the line, register, or back-of-house as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

🧰 What We’Re Looking For:

• Has or can obtain a current food handler’s card.
• Has food service or customer service experience (preferred, not required).
• At least 1 year of restaurant supervisor experience required.
• Is dependable, friendly, and team-oriented.
• Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
