Summary

The Parts Driver will drive company-owned vehicles to deliver replacement parts, equipment tools and accessories to a number of different locations. The Parts Driver will provide great customer service and deliver parts to our customers at dealerships, body shops and other locations in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and Delivers Parts and Equipment to Customers, Satellite Stores, Wholesale Accounts, and Vendors.
• Checks with the Parts Manager, Parts Counter People, or Service Advisors Before Leaving to Coordinate any Last Minute Pick-Ups or Deliveries.
• Delivers Parts to Body Shop when Needed and Distributes to Appropriate Personnel.
• Verifies that Invoice Matches Purchase Order for each Pick-Up.
• Keeps an Accurate Log of Daily Deliveries and Pick-Ups.
• Handles Basic Maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure Required Inspections are performed.
• Helps maintain the Professional Appearance of the Parts Department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year Experience Driving with a Clean DMV Record
• Candidates must have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbally.
• Detailed Oriented and Possesses High Level of Integrity
• Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Superior Customer Service Skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required
