We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our customer

Job Responsibilities
 Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral partners, and community
leaders
 Promote PuroClean services through outreach, presentations, and events
 Coordinate lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and client appreciation events
 Educate clients on the restoration process and how we serve during emergencies
 Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
 Track activity, goals, and performance in CRM or sales tools
 Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Qualifications
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Passion for helping others and giving back to the community
 Ability to lead presentations and build rapport with diverse audiences
 Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and goal-driven
 Willingness to learn the restoration industry from the ground up
 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (but not required)
 Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
 Familiarity with CRM tools or client management platforms
 Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or real estate fields
