In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals on a variety of CFO-related projects within the banking sector. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver strategic insights and practical solutions that drive transformation and performance.
What you will do
- Lead and manage CFO Advisory assignments in collaboration with partners and project teams.
- Oversee teams of varying sizes to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Provide clients with actionable recommendations to enhance finance and business processes.
- Drive business development efforts from lead generation to proposal delivery.
- Contribute to the growth of KPMG’s CFO Advisory footprint in Belgium.
- Help shape and refine our service offerings with a focus on the banking industry.
- Act as a performance manager, mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Lead by example, fostering both technical excellence and strong interpersonal skills.

Skills & Qualifications
- A Master’s degree and 10–12 years of experience in financial management consulting, with a strong focus on corporate finance.
- In-depth knowledge of the corporate value chain and finance-related processes.
- Experience in Finance Transformation, Financial Reporting, and Accounting.
- Familiarity with finance systems and tools (e.g., ERP, planning/reporting software, RPA).
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work on time.
- Strong interpersonal skills: resilient, adaptable, client-focused, and a collaborative team player.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both written and spoken).
