We are looking for a dynamic and strategically minded Client Relationship Manager to join our Business Development & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of client relationship programmes and key account management initiatives at a leading UK law firm based in Scotland. Working closely with partners, you will play a vital role in enhancing and improving our client and intermediary relationships, through effective project management, internal collaboration and delivering a seamless and engaging client experience aligned with our growth strategy.

You’ll bring strategic thinking to client relationship programmes, including identifying cross-selling opportunities and helping to ensure we’re adding real value to every relationship.
