Are you ready to help shape a lead agency model and play an integral role in delivering exceptional creative output for the LEGO® Group?  

Be at the forefront of our Marketing Transformation in this newly created Market Integration role — a pivotal senior account management role designed to support multi-market and market-driven briefs, working closely with our Western Europe Design BUs (FRIB and EUC), internal teams, and external agencies.  

Core Responsibilities

The role will work directly into the Head of the London Agency, with strong links to the Head of Account Handling and team.  

  • Manage and orchestrate briefs across a wide mix of workstreams—sometimes briefing internal teams, other times steering external agency partners to deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaigns, working primarily with our Markets and Channels' team as well as FRIB (France/Iberia) and EUC (Germany/Austria/Swiss) markets.  
  • Act as a key support to the Strategic Development and Leadership Team, helping embed this important new capability into the Hub and elevating our Lead Agency Model through improved governance, consistency, and collaboration.  
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, partnering closely with Project Management and Production to deliver outstanding work on time, on budget, and to brief.  
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across the business, understanding business priorities at a central, regional and market level, and tailoring your approach to reflect local nuances.  
  • Champion creativity and craft, providing clear and inspiring feedback, and creating the right conditions for creative ideas to thrive across brand, product, and shopper marketing.

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organisation that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Groups head Quarter in Billund, Denmark. Location wise OLA also has offices in Copenhagen, Boston, London, Singapore and Shanghai.  

Our LEGO Agency London is focused on developing campaigns from Global to local. Covering the full value chain from campaign strategy to in market executions. We balance work from Global projects to campaigns for WE and CEEMEA markets with special focus on FRIB, EUC and UK, balanced with Global occasions campaigns. 

Do you have what it takes?  

We're looking for someone who can help us build strong relationships as a strategic and trusted partner to local Marketing teams.  

  • Proven experience from a world-class creative agency, having delivered standout work for major brands in advertising or integrated marketing, ideally at Account Director level or higher.  
  • You’ve led Global and Market-specific campaigns balancing delivering at scale with local nuance.  
  • You have a deep expertise in developing campaigns for France and Germany. You have lived in one of the two markets, you have significant experience working with stakeholders in those markets, and a strong understanding what it takes to deliver standout work in those markets.  
  • Fluency in French or German is preferred. 
  • You’ve worked across Brand and Product marketing (Shopper experience is a bonus) and know what it takes to deliver at scale without losing the magic.  
  • You’re curious, tenacious, and energised by navigating the complexity of a growing global business—and you thrive on understanding every layer of it.  
  • You’re always thinking one step ahead: how to improve the work, deepen relationships, and raise the bar at every stage.  
  • You're the go-to voice in the room—trusted by partners for your strategic thinking, valued by creatives for your craft intuition, relied on by strategists for your sharp perspective, and respected by project managers for knowing how to deliver.
