There is no relocation budget is offered for this role.

You understand the complexities of large-scale initiatives and are dedicated to supporting colleagues in navigating these challenges, ensuring continuous value, flow, and quality in our deliverables.

Your daily activities will involve guiding product teams, leadership groups, and individuals within a program context. As an Agile Coach, you will serve as a guardian of flow for both the program and the product teams, ensuring that insights and challenges are addressed collaboratively with relevant stakeholders. You will partner closely with Delivery Lead TPMs and Stream TPMs, facilitating agility at scale and supporting program execution in alignment with our product ways of working and the spirit of leadership playground behaviors.


In this role, you will actively work to surface team impediments and risks, ensuring that frequent feedback loops and regular alignment between teams and program leadership are established. You will help increase product team effectiveness and foster ownership of continuous improvement initiatives. Your commitment to transparency will be vital as you support metrics that track progress and facilitate key program events such as quarterly planning and scrum of scrums.


You will also play a crucial role in teaching teams and their stakeholders about essential concepts like flow, Kanban, collaboration, and systems thinking. By facilitating sessions focused on team dynamics, you will help build trust, accountability, and psychological safety, ensuring that all team members feel valued and heard. Additionally, you will champion change and knowledge management efforts around the program's purpose and progress, ensuring that the teams' existing processes are preserved while navigating the complexities of a larger initiative.

You are expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

The Core Responsibilities in the role are:

  • Help grow and sustain thriving product teams who work closely with their customers.
  • Enable flow and to surface team impediments and risk to the program
  • Teach individuals and teams the importance of transparency, feedback and reflections and how to act on these.
  • Support transparency on progress via relevant metrics
  • Co-facilitate quarterly planning, scrum of scrums and similar
  • Work with other Agile Coaches and other roles to bring these data insights forward and act on them (e.g. by engaging in relevant communities)

You will find a home in Digital Technology, Billund Denmark. You will be part of an enabler team of 3-4 agile coaches who support a lager program or initiative across multiple teams, the most of which are located in Billund and Copenhagen, Denmark.

Do You Have What It Takes?

There is no certificate, education or specific combination of skills that can magically beam you into our team. However, we do have some important abilities that we insist on. These are:

  • Addicted to teaching back and sharing knowledge.
  • A pragmatic, data-driven approach, and a strong ability to dig out root causes.
  • Experience in designing, facilitating, and driving workshops with larger groups and across groups – in both physical, hybrid and virtual contexts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills- lots of kindness and empathy.
  • Hands-on experience within all Agile Coaching stances and an honesty about which of them you need to get better at.
  • You know when to step in and lead as needed but are also comfortable stepping back and letting the team determine the best course of action.
  • Solid English language skills both verbally and in writing.
