What does a successful AEM QA Analyst do at Fiserv?

A successful Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) QA Analyst at Fiserv plays a vital role in delivering AEM components that serve as building blocks for Fiserv.com and other microsites. As part of the Global Brand marketing technology team, your contributions directly enhance our corporate website and digital presence, supporting our mission to be the best fintech on the planet.

What You Will Do:

• QA of AEM Components to be used by content authors and page builders to deliver web experiences.
• Own all stages of the testing lifecycle from inception to delivery, including testing existing and new functionality within AEM.
• Work closely with the project team to understand business and design requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to find, report, analyze, help solve, and re-test defects.
• Collaborate with project leaders, front-end developers, and back-end developers.

What you will need to have:

• Understanding of the full software development and testing cycle of AEM projects.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in testing enterprise-level websites and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Experience working with project managers, clients, and teams following Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Passion for detail and pushing boundaries on new approaches.
• Certifications related to AEM or Quality Assurance disciplines.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
