What You Will Do As A Team Leader Quality Engineering:

• Lead and manage  the quality team in order to achieve team goals and objectives;
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, and QRQC methodologies.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key quality KPIs such as scrap rate, PPM, FPY, and customer returns.
• Be responsible to make the Risk Assessment: impact levels to customer, plant, Business Unit and Corporate;
• Be responsible to initiate the Task Force Meetings based on assessed risk level;
• Monitor Customer Performance Rating / Score Card: Analyze score card and coordinate improvement plan;

What Will You Need To Succeed:

• University degree in engineering/ alternative economics;
• Minimum 2 years experience in leading teams and proven experience in customer quality;
• Fluent in english language (written and spoken);
• Knowledge of analysis tools ( e.g. OBD, FFA);
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, including handling OEM quality requirements.
