✅ About the Role

As our Equipment Sales & Demonstration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in showcasing our premium cleaning equipment to new and existing clients.

You'll deliver engaging, hands-on demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our products — helping customers understand exactly how our solutions can improve their operations.

This is a dynamic, field-based role that combines technical expertise, relationship building, and a sales hunter mindset.

🔧 Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct 12+ engaging product demonstrations per week
• Provide hands-on training on equipment operation and maintenance
• Prepare and maintain demo gear to ensure a professional presentation
• Work closely with the Sales Team to convert interest into sales
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor products
• Support customer needs with technical product knowledge
• Ensure full compliance with Abco’s policies and safety standards

🎯 You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain how equipment works
• A confident, people-first approach to sales and customer service
• Previous experience in sales, demonstrations, or field service (preferred)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and love for achieving goals
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed
