We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced full-time Food & Beverage Team Leader to enhance & support our current Food & Beverage Team. You will be outgoing, have passion for customer service, be super organized with a key eye for details, and be totally committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients.

The opportunity is for a full-time permanent role with minimum 30 hours of work per week, between Monday to Sunday as per roster.

Bring with you …

• At least 2 Years of F&B experience, preferably in a hotel setting
• Experience supervising team members
• Enthusiasm & passion for customer service
• Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Flexible and creative approach to problem solving
• Evening and weekend availability

Ideally you will ...

• Work in conjunction with supervisors in aiding the running of the shifts for operations & have a working knowledge of floor operations
• Assist with the standard of daily processes and ensure all requirements & standards are met by the team
• Oversee operations of bar and restaurant, as well as supporting conferences & events
• Assist with training and development of team members
• Ensure food & beverage facilities and equipment are well maintained
• Deal with guest queries and escalations while delivering 5-star experience
