Head Of Operations

Boody is looking for a new Head of Operations!

Boody is growing fast, and with growth comes complexity. This role is about owning and optimising the entire operational flow: from when a product is ready to leave our manufacturers, all the way to our customers’ door. You’ll bring clarity, accountability, and excellence to everything that sits in between. You’ll inherit a decentralised structure and have the mandate to build a world-class Ops function from the ground up. One that’s smart, scalable, and genuinely fit for purpose.

What is this role all about?

Supply Chain & Inbound Logistics

• Manage freight, customs, and inbound stock across five 3PLs in three global regions
• Optimise stock-in-transit, receipting, and inter-warehouse transfers
• Balance cost, speed, and compliance at every step

Warehousing & Fulfilment

• Own 3PL performance and commercials, managing our Warehousing & Fulfilment Manager
• Oversee fulfilment for D2C, Wholesale and Marketplaces, with sharp cost control balanced with strong customer outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally to keep stock control sharp and responsive
• Lead reverse logistics globally, in collaboration with our Customer Experience teams

Wholesale Operations

• Lead the Wholesale Operations team to run smooth order-to-cash flows, grounded in a deep understanding of Boody’s unique wholesale ecosystem and account diversity
• Own operational delivery for Key Accounts
• Embed Wholesale operations into Boody’s broader operational systems to drive scale

Leadership & Strategy

• Be the single point of accountability for Operations at Boody
• Build and lead a high-performing team built for Boody’s next chapter
• Champion continuous improvement, automation and strong systems
• Contribute to our long-term strategy with a focus on resilience, scalability and clarity
• Bring a “why-first” mindset to processes and challenge the status quo to drive process improvement where greater efficiencies and outcomes can be achieved

We'Re Looking For:

• 7+ years in operations, logistics, and/or supply chain, ideally with high-growth eComm brands
• Proven success building or scaling Ops teams in complex global environments
• Deep understanding of D2C and B2B fulfilment, with a knack for balancing cost and experience
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and growing high-performing teams
• Commercially sharp, systems-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
