• Key duties and responsibilities
•  Designing and Developing Solutions: Analyze business needs, define requirements,
• and design Yardi solutions to meet those needs.
•  Customizing Yardi Modules: Modify Yardi modules (like Yardi Voyager) to fit specific
• client requirements.
•  System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Yardi and other systems,
• including data migrations and integrations.
•  Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimize
• system performance, and implement enhancements.
•  Documentation and Training: Document solutions and provide training materials to
• end-users to enhance system usability.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,
• define project scope, and ensure alignment.
•  Reporting and Analytics: Custom reporting and analytics within the Yardi platform or
• integrating with PowerBI system
• Qualification and Experience
•  Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
•  3+ years’ experience developing or configuring Yardi Software solutions, with a focus
• on real estate management platforms.
• Skills Required
•  Strong understanding of real estate operations, including lease administration,
• property management, and accounting workflows.
•  Proficiency with SQL, stored procedures, and REST APIs Experience integrating Yardi
• with third-party platforms (e.g., PowerBI etc).
•  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
