Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the hygiene team to deliver high standards across site
- Ensure cleaning and hygiene operations meet company and customer requirements
- Work closely with production, technical, and engineering teams to maintain compliance
- Identify and implement improvements in hygiene practices and processes
- Monitor hygiene performance, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Support site audits and inspections as required
- Promote a strong safety and food quality culture within the team
