This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 20 hours per week
  • 10am EST Monday and Wednesday team meetings that will be 1hr or less.
  • First week must be available for training Mon-Fri EST flexible schedule, but after the initial week no set schedule as long as the work gets done 

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy administrator to provide crucial operational support to  management team and creator community. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

In this role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and creators have the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Assist in documenting and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational guides.
  • Help track and report on key operational metrics and creator performance data using preferred tracking system (Trello, Excel, Notion, etc)
  • Send agency communications in Lark system (training will be provided)

2. TikTok Shop & Live Stream Coordination:

  • Assist with the coordination of live stream schedules and promotional activities on the calendar.
  • Help prepare pre-stream checklists and run-of-show documents for creator events.
  • Prepare product list and promotions in TikTok Shop Desktop Streamer ( training will be provided)

3. Community & Communication Support:

  • Find creators interested in affiliate collaborations with TikTok brands offering higher commission products ( training will be provided)
  • Create and post daily affiliate links from our internal database to the Discord channel for creators ( training will be provided)
  • Distribute communications and updates to creators using simple graphics and guides created in Canva for community announcements and operational support.


Requirements

  • Must-Have:
    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role.
    • Strong familiarity with the TikTok platform; direct experience with TikTok Shop (as a user, creator, or in a professional capacity) is a significant advantage.
    • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficiency with core business tools like Discord, Asana/Trello, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
    • Strong written communication skills for community engagement and clear documentation.
    • A self-starter who can manage their time effectively in a remote, part-time role.
  • Highly Preferred:
    • Experience with basic community moderation or engagement.
    • Basic proficiency in Canva for creating simple graphics and documents.
    • An interest in the creator economy, social media, e-commerce, and live streaming trends.
