Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for prospects who are already interested in innovative cryptocurrency solutions. This isn’t cold calling - you’ll be working with warm leads who have clicked on ads and started the engagement process, making your conversations more productive and rewarding. You’ll play a vital role in connecting qualified prospects with the expert sales team, directly contributing to the company’s rapid expansion in the exciting world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. This position offers excellent growth potential as the team scales from the initial 1-2 members to 3-5+ based on performance and success.

Responsibilities

  • Contact pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest through advertising campaigns and digital engagement
  • Conduct engaging initial conversations to assess prospect interest and qualify leads for alt node sales opportunities
  • Follow proven scripts and ask strategic qualifying questions to determine the best prospects for the sales team
  • Secure strong commitments from interested prospects for appointments with closing specialists
  • Handle objections and concerns professionally while maintaining prospect enthusiasm and interest
  • Manage lead flow and appointment scheduling through the company’s HubSpot CRM system
  • Maintain consistent high-volume outreach to maximize appointment conversion rates and team success
  • Ensure prospects understand the value proposition clearly enough to commit to sales consultations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional, and engaging phone presence
  • Proven sales background with natural conversational abilities and persuasive skills
  • Customer service experience demonstrating ability to handle calls with professionalism and care
  • Persistent follow-up approach without being pushy - understanding of appropriate contact timing and frequency
  • Cryptocurrency or digital currency knowledge strongly preferred but comprehensive training provided
  • Commitment to full-time schedule with flexibility to cover optimal East Coast prospect contact hours
  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge alt node technology and cryptocurrency concepts
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while contributing to team success
