Spanish Bilingual Telemarketer/Sales Representative

Join a growing Florida-licensed insurance agency that helps clients secure competitive rates for homeowners, home + auto, flood, and fire insurance. Headquartered in Riviera Beach, FL, the agency is known for consistently offering insurance packages at rates significantly below the market average.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an established U.S. insurance company on an experimental, growth-focused basis. You’ll play a vital role in re-engaging existing leads and generating interest in new insurance policies.

• Contact previously worked leads to re-engage them and present new insurance options.
• Warm up leads by effectively communicating policy benefits and addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and meet or exceed sales goals.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain professionalism.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Must be located in Mexico.
• No insurance license required.
