- Prior manufacturing experience is required
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or food processing, quality standards, hygiene, work safety, etc. preferred.
- Self-motivated and strong drive for results.
- Ability to use computer/ tablet to input hourly results
- Actively participate as a team member.
- Able to work effectively & efficiently with other Operators, Line Tech, & Case Packer Operator
Primary Function: Directly responsible for assuring an efficient production process. Directly responsible for finished cases of product sent to be palletized.
* Principal Accountabilities –
- 1. Safety on their line.
- 2. Quality on their line, including but not limited to performing quality checks, line clearance, following and understanding QRMP standards.
- Actively and efficiently Participate in shift (Level 1) meetings to ensure quality, safety, throughput, waste, sanitation, housekeeping/ 5S expectations and G.M.P. guidelines are being met.
- Assist in troubleshooting any equipment and actively participate in the repair of the machinery (determined by their skill card.)
- Communicate with previous and following teams regarding quality, safety, productivity, OT coverage, ideas/suggestions, etc.
Maintain good communication with all members of the team to ensure awareness of any issues.
- Perform and understand all CIL’s and CLM functions. Including but not limited to reporting and fixing defects, (determined by their skill Card), give feedback to leads and support functions for opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of Kraft’s Sanitation Policy and general knowledge of all CIP and Production Procedures to be able to adapt to any changes needed. (3rd shift only)
- 8. Assist in all areas of production as needed. Including but not limited to training new employees as needed.
- 9. Assist with the 52 week PM plan as assigned. (Determined by their skill card.) * Productivity Responsibility:

- Insure the quality of our products and our workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
- Comply with all established GMP's, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of the QRMP program and training of new associates.

- Actively participate in team safety efforts to achieve/exceed plant goals.
- Involvement & supportive of KSRMP teams & processes.
- Required to perform all duties safely & use discretion to prevent injuries to self and/or others.
* Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to demonstrate planning/organizational skills and behavior, which will contribute to the overall team effectiveness.
- Understanding of the requirements and importance of documentation.
