Concierge Supervisor

We are seeking a Concierge Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. This role supports all aspects of Concierge operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable, and personalised stay.

• About the Role
• As a Concierge Supervisor, you will:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Concierge team, maintaining the highest levels of service and professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for dining, cultural experiences, transport, and special services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and businesses to enhance guest experiences.
• Support and coach your team to consistently deliver Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards of service.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and reservations when required, ensuring smooth operations across the front of house.
• Ensure VIPs and repeat guests receive personalised attention and recognition throughout their stay.

About You

• Experience in guest services, front office, or concierge operations (2 years preferred), or a degree in Hospitality/Business with a passion for luxury service.
• Exceptional knowledge of Melbourne’s dining, culture, shopping, and attractions.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A warm, polished presence with genuine care for people and service excellence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in challenging situations.
