We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our team in Lake Mary, FL – Hybrid position.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

With limited guidance, contribute to product development and strategy for moderately sized products of limited complexity or small, non-complex products.
Support more experienced colleagues with relevant competitive, market, and financial analysis to gain breadth of knowledge in relevant platforms, products, and services.
Leverage extensive experience and deep expertise in product management.
Lead complex and strategically important product initiatives.
Demonstrate exceptional skills in cross-functional leadership and influence.
Combine strategic vision with strong operational execution skills.
Drive product launch and go-to-market strategy.
Develop key products and solutions with significant impact.
Serve as a thought leader and expert within the product management team and across the organization.
Collaborate closely with VP Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
Influence product direction at a strategic level, often working on products critical to the business or highly innovative.
Modify approaches based upon local regulations and requirements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
8-10+ years of product management experience with a track record of creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred.
Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
